Inphorm accepts returns and exchanges of unworn, tagged items within 30 days of shipment (60 days for international orders). Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, while exchange shipping is free. Initiate the process online, pack items securely with the order number, and retain tracking information. Gift cards and team orders are final sale; holiday orders in November/December have an extended return period until January 31st.
Refunds:
Refunds/credits are processed after warehouse inspection.
