Shipping Policy:
Processing & Delivery Time:
- Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders made after 12pm EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the subsequent business day.
- DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS.
- Delivery might face delays during holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Stock & Verification:
- If your selected merchandise is out of stock or requires additional identification for credit verification, we'll notify you via email.
- By default, we hold orders until they're complete for shipment. For accommodations like advancing the shipping of in-stock items, please reach out to us.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
- We use UPS, USPS, and/or FedEx with delivery confirmation for all domestic shipments.
- Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $150. Otherwise, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product weight.
- If your selected expedited shipping method isn't available for your address, we'll use the next best option.
International Shipping (Including Canada & Mexico):
- Shipping costs are determined by the product weight.
- Typically, international deliveries take 10-14 days, but can be delayed by customs or shipping issues. If 30 days have passed without receiving your order, please contact us.
- For inquiries about express international shipping or related fees, reach out to our customer service.
- All packages have accurate customs forms. Misrepresentation, such as marking orders as 'gifts', is not possible.
IMPORTANT: Customers' Responsibility for Customs, Duties & Tariffs:
- All international customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and tariffs.
- Such fees are determined by the product's country of origin and its classification.
- These charges, levied by the destination country, are separate from shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility upon the package's arrival.
- We strongly advise international customers to familiarize themselves with their country's customs policies and fees before ordering.
If Your Package Is Missing:
1. Check with other household members or neighbors.
2. Examine delivery spots such as mailboxes, garages, or hidden areas.
3. If you're in an apartment, your rental office might have received it.
4. Reach out to your local USPS post office for further details.
5. If your package appears lost, contact USPS to file a claim. Please understand, inPhorm cannot refund or re-ship orders that were lost or mis-delivered by the postal service.
