Return & Exchange Policy:
Eligibility:
- We gladly accept returns or exchanges for items in their original, clean, unworn, and unwashed condition, with tags intact.
- Items not meeting these criteria may be declined for a return or exchange.
- You'll bear the cost of return shipping, while Inphorm covers the shipping for exchanged items.
- Any credits or charges related to the merchandise will be applied to the original payment method.
- Expect us to process your request within approximately 5 business days upon receipt.
Timeline:
- Returns and Exchanges from the United States, Mexico, and Canada: Within 30 days of the original shipment date.
- International Returns and Exchanges: Within 60 days of the original shipment date.
Exceptions:
- Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and can't be exchanged for cash.
- Team Orders and All Sales are considered final and non-returnable.
- Special Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed in November and December are eligible for an extended return period until January 31st. Purchases made after January 1st adhere to our standard 30-day return policy.
How to Make a Return:
1. Ensure the items are clean, unworn, and with original tags.
2. Initiate your return here.
3. Pack the items securely, preferably in their original box. Clearly write the order number on the outside of the parcel.

5. Send your items within the stipulated timeframe. Remember to keep the tracking number.
How to Make an Exchange:
1. Prepare the items ensuring they're clean, unworn, and with original tags.
2. Start your exchange process here.
3. We'll provide a free pre-paid exchange label for your convenience.
4. Pack the items securely, preferably in their original box. Clearly write the order number on the outside of the parcel.

6. Send your items with the pre-paid label within the given period.
7. We'll dispatch the replacement items to the address from the original invoice once your items reach us.
Please note: Refunds or credits are only issued after our warehouse confirms the condition of the returned items.
