Return & Refund Policy
Inphorm accepts returns and exchanges of unworn, tagged items within 30 days of shipment (60 days for international orders). Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, while exchange shipping is free. Initiate the process online, pack items securely with the order number, and retain tracking information. Gift cards and team orders are final sale; holiday orders in November/December have an extended return period until January 31st.
Refunds:
Refunds/credits are processed after warehouse inspection.
Shipping:
Inphorm typically processes orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays; delivery times vary and may be affected by holidays or unforeseen issues. Customers will be notified of out-of-stock items or verification needs, and orders are held until complete unless otherwise requested. Domestic shipping services available through USPS, UPS or FedEx. Free shipping for orders over $150; international shipping costs are weight-based and can take 10-14 days, with customers responsible for all customs fees. For missing packages, customers should check their property and contact their local post office to file a claim, as Inphorm is not liable for postal service loss or mis-delivery.
