Refund policy

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, we are currently experiencing some unexpected delays with processing returns.

If you have any problem with any items(s) and wish to return or exchange, please see below for our policy:

You may return most new items within 30 days of your original purchase.

We accept items for return or exchange in clean, unworn and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached. We reserve the right to refuse returned items that are not in pristine and new condition. Shipping costs are non refundable.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. inPhorm will pay the shipping costs on exchanged items only.

Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment of the customer.

Returns and Exchanges must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.

Returns and Exchanges must be received within 60 days of the original shipment date from all other shipping destinations.

All items returned to us should have a corresponding Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (sent via email to the customer upon notification of a return request). Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

Any item purchased during a Buy One / Get One (BOGO) offer may be returned for an exchange or refund.

BOGO - Exchanges
Items from a BOGO deal are individually eligible to exchange for any item that is of equal or lesser value than the original item’s full price. Any price difference between the original item(s) and the new item(s) will be refunded to your original form of payment.

BOGO - Returns
Items purchased during a BOGO offer are viewed as groups. The BOGO offer applies to the lower-priced item(s) in the group, making the lower-priced item discounted or free. If a return is necessary, each item in the pair has a new, equal value based off of the order total for all the grouped items, where the same % off discount is applied to each item individually. Returning any of the items from a BOGO offer will refund that discounted value of the returned item to your original method of payment.

Not refundable or exchangeable Items:

While most of our items are accepted for returns, there are some products that are not eligible for returns due to a variety of reasons.

  1. FINAL SALE. The items on final sales are not refundable or exchangeable. No Exceptions.
  2. Clearance Items are non-returnable.
  3. Face masks are non-returnable for reasons of health and safety.
  4. Gift cards or store credit are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for a cash value.
  5. Shipping Fees
